Roary The Dinosaur – kids hot cold pack

Soft plush comfort for the bumps, bruises and big feelings that come with childhood.

Cold use
Remove the gel pack from the plush cover and place it in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
Once chilled, insert the gel pack back into the plush cover before use.

Warm use
To warm the gel pack, use one of the methods below only.

Warm water
Place the gel pack in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water until it reaches the desired temperature.

Microwave with water
Place the gel pack fully submerged in a microwave-safe bowl of water.
Heat in 10–15 second intervals, checking temperature between each interval.

⚠ Always apply with the plush cover between gel pack and skin
