Please see below our policies regarding Returns including exchange, change of mind and faulty items including manufacturer’s warranty. We reserve the right to not offer a refund unless required by law.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have a change of heart for whatever reason and are unhappy with your choice, you will be eligible for a store credit OR exchange, providing you meet the following criteria:
- You reach out to our team within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- Your product/s are in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.
- All parts received are intact (e.g. internal packaging, hardware, instructions)
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (if you don’t have a receipt we can search for your sale if you know the date of purchase).
Please note that the store credit OR exchange will be to the value of your purchase price LESS any freight costs. By lodging a return due to a change of mind, you are also accepting that the cost of delivery to return your order to us will be at your own expense. No refunds will be offered unless required by law.
A credit note/refund will be provided for the item price less shipping costs (if applicable).
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Please be aware that if you have a change of heart with any of the following items, they WILL NOT be eligible for a refund, exchange OR store credit.
- Toiletries such as nappies, wipes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soothers and other baby hygiene and health products.
- Products that are intimate such as breast pumps, breast pads and other breast care products.
- Clearance items/ floor stock
- Mattresses (warranty still applies on mattresses)
- Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are also exempt.
FAULTY ITEMS & WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you believe an item you have purchased from So Cute Baby & Co is faulty, we will need to contact the Manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. We at So Cute Baby & Co and the Manufacturer, reserve the right to inspect the unit, and may be requested to send your item back to So Cute Baby & Co or back to the Manufacturer. If the item is found to be faulty due to manufacturers fault, you will be furnished with a repair, exchange, or refund (as determined by the Manufacturer under the guidelines of the Australian Consumer Law). A So Cute Baby & Co receipt will be required for proof of purchase. You may be charged for repairs if the product has been damaged accidentally, through misuse or neglect.
These are in addition to statutory warranties which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranty periods are as stated for each individual item. A manufacturer’s warranty begins from the date of invoice, not the date of first use. If you make a claim under a Manufacturer’s warranty, you must pay for the cost of returning the product to So Cute Baby & Co and for the cost of having it delivered to you after repair, exchange or refund (as the case may be). Other Manufacturer warranty details are as stated for each individual item.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
If you are returning an item for change of mind, exchange, fault, or a warranty claim, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise arranged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are requiring a warranty claim replacement, please be aware the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
